Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

• Shipping duration may take up to 30 business days maximum depending on product size and availability,
• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the available piece on your order. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
• Be sure we are working as fast as we can to fulfill your order. No price changes after placing your order 
• Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. 
• Estimated delivery shown on website is on Cairo Orders

Our fulfillment team will call/text you a day before shipping day, to check your availability.

We always try to provide a high quality delivery service so kindly, expect delivery in a 3 hours time frame. 

 All phone calls with our team will be recorded for quality service assurance 

REFUND POLICY

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. We neither accept the return for products with scratches nor being used.

• In case of paying with credit/debit cards, valu, sympl, 3% will be deducted from whole amount and you will get the transfer back in 5 business days.
• In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.

In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.

No returns/refunds for customized orders.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
