The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unscratched, unused, undamaged, and have all of its original packaging.
To issue a return, it's a mandatory to send us product photos by email. During our pick up, the courier will inspect the order and check if it is used and will accept only unused items.
- In case of paying with credit/debit cards, you will get the transfer back in 5 business days.
- In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.
In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.
No returns/refunds for customized orders.
