Black mesh chair with head rest

The chair is comfortable and looks nice but plz be more careful when it get shipped especially to places out of Cairo and Giza coz it was kinda damaged and i would recommend to change the wheels materials to be smth more sturdy or at least the part that holds the 2 weels part together

Quality is good but there are a few things annoying me
The first thing is the chair is a bit tilted to the right
The second thing is that the minimum height is a little high, I need to make the chair lower
The final thing is the quality of elbow pads, it's really not good
