How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?
Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customisation options and your location. We always aim to deliver within 30 business days from the date of your order. Be sure we want to deliver as soon as possible.
How accurate is Wasilaah’s photography?
We take great care in capturing representative imagery of all the finishes and fabrics we use.
Sometimes, due to individual computer display settings, colour variation and individual lighting conditions, it is difficult to ensure that what you see on your monitor will be identical to the actual product…
That’s why we’re more than happy if you can order, if you like it buy it, if not just pay for visit fees
What if I received damaged or incorrect order?
In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email info@wasilaah.com, with your order number, contact information and photos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is backordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.
Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely - all of our products include a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects
When getting in touch, please provide the date of purchase, sales invoice number and contact information (including your address and a telephone number).
Describe the issue in detail and email us photographs of the issue to help us ascertain the problem and allow us to rectify any issues in the optimum way (the warranty does not cover accidental damage.)
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with a product for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund (please let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods).
We neither accept the return for products with scratches nor being used.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
What are the shipping charges in case of returns?
In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick the order.
