REFUND POLICY
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. We neither accept the return for products with scratches nor being used.
- In case of paying with credit/debit cards, valu, sympl, 3% will be deducted from whole amount and you will get the transfer back in 5 business days.
- In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.
In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.
