- Extra fees shall be required for more than 4 floors
- This piece will be brought into your home, placed and will be assembled by our team.
- Electric openings are done upon customer request and on same installation date

CARE
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid the use of chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage the finish. Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight

REFUND POLICY
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. We neither accept the return for products with scratches nor being used.
- In case of paying with credit/debit cards, valu, sympl, 3% will be deducted from whole amount and you will get the transfer back in 5 business days.
- In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.
In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.
No returns/refunds for customized orders.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
