Impressive Quality but Delivery Needs Improvement

I just received my shoe cabinet and was impressed by its quality and the natural oak color. The delivery was precisely on time, which I appreciated. However, the delivery man came alone and struggled to carry the heavy cabinet by himself. It seemed quite inhumane to make one person handle such a load. I hope this issue can be addressed in the future.

one comment is that the height between racks should be more , for example to put Boots , you have to tilt it

الارتفاع بين الرفوف محتاج يكون اكبر لو جزمة بوت او high neck لازم تدخل متنيه على جنب
